Euglossine bee (orchid bee) attracted to a scent bait. Attached on the dorsal thorax is a pollinium (syn. pollinarium) from an orchid, which transfer all of their pollen in one special body that is glued to a species-specific place on the body. It gets removed en masse when the bee visits another flower of the same species. Orchids produce tens of thousands of tiny seeds per flower and are rare, so this is how they accomplish the required level of pollen transport. It is a completely amazing system.
